★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and absolutely low quality products. I wanted to do this review a long time but we only recently received our new packaging from Pragati Pack India in Hyderabad and now I have something to compare.
We ordered packaging from Durable Packaging for our business BEATCLOUDS in India in Nov 2016: the packaging quality is suuuuuper poor (see pictures attached); and communication was one sided (only from our side to them), the packaging came out way too late, and at the end they even asked us to pay for the x-stock boxes.
We changed our packaging manufacturer to Pragati Pack India in Hyderabad; now, that is fantastic quality of packaging AND, most importantly, for almost the same price as Durable Packaging.
