1. people are unprofessional and uneducated
2. they don't treat customers in the right way
3. they abuses all the customers who comes in their shop
4. without doing anything they charge service cost
my incident : i have given them my laptop to repair, they took my laptop and told me unusual thing, the battery is dead, the charger is not working and the mother board is not working fine and when i went to other places no one has told me that there is any of the problem in the laptop
the person took my laptop changed the battery and inserted the wrong battery into it and as a result my laptop is damaged
and when i went for returning the battery , the person denies to refund me any of the amount. he always postponed the dates for tomorrow and wasted my 1 week out of it and at the end never refunded any amount and abuses me in front of everyone
so it's a high time folks this shop should be closed as the person is not ethical..at all , insults every citizen who comes to his place and make huge profits from customer's losses
