Every year Navratra festival is celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm. Devotion of the local people and Durga puja committee used to be a matter of great example of coordination and cooperation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my village and I know this temple very well because I'm coming here since the festival of Durga Puja has been started here. Durga Puja is celebrated with great fanfare even though here are some stringent law like after the evening if you are a boy then you can not go to the shops to buy anything because only girls are allowed to go there. If you'll try to go there, you will not be allowed to enter. Only you can roam here after evening, you can eat, and you can worship in God's Temple. According to me if you are a boy, then the best time for you to visit here is from 4:00 p.m to 6:00 p.m in the evening. I am saying this because in the morning there are not much shops open in the morning, that's why you will not enjoy as much as you will enjoy here after noon. If you'll compare this temple with those temples which are located in the city then it may seem not good but if you will compare it with the temples which are located in villages then I'm damn sure you will love it so much.! Even though there is no swing over here but the food here is also good and there is also a lot of place to hang around here. Here after the evening you will feel a little overwhelmed because here all the people of the village come to worship Maa Durga therefore there is a little lack of place here. But this is not a big deal as it happens everywhere on the occasion of Durga Puja.
