Teach the children and after classes are over demo classes are taken so as to teach the children in a better way. Meetings are held in school to overcome the problems of the students and teachers. Have excellent facilities and is affiliated to CBSE. It is part of the Chain of SKS Schools.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The school is in a very well connected place .It is not very far from Muchipara Bus stop...takes only 5 mins of driving from there ....It is the bus route 8B from durgapur station....school ia cbse affiliated and has proven academic records.....Apart from academics the school also hosts exam venue for exams such aa WBJEE,NEET,POLYTECHNIC joint etc.....

That's a big plus point and almost every work is always well defined by the teachers themselves. Parents can be free of any worries...

What I experienced here was through my interviews in this school. Firstly, I have been called numerous time now (recently I went through 4th interview) since 2017, but right after my interview they don't revert back everytime. I understand may be their requirements are different, but then why don't they go through the CV thoroughly & sort it out right there. Secondly, they are searching for teachers who don't want money, I mean really !! Everybody needs money, that's why we go to work man!! What I mean is the teachers are underpaid, and thus high qualified teachers are not stable here as much as I found. Now if you ask why I went for 4 interviews till now, is mainly because of an unknown soft corner for the school in my heart (lol) & the location also.
Now third and lastly, what I found most annoying is, recently it was my 4th time interview in the school and I was sent for a demo to other teachers, there was a senior teacher who was so arrogant that all she wanted was the parroted knowledge from the book, I mean every word should match from the book when I'm teaching or delivering lesson to children! Man, seriously !! I don't know if this person is a sick woman or not, but she doesn't know what teaching means, its not something parroting the book but delivering the concept in the most understandable way and language. Those who are working & learning in the school may know her, as I don't know her name else I would have mentioned. In short they don't allow the teacher to teach in her own way, it has to bookish, parroted, and if it's not then they don't want that teacher in their school.
So that's it, my review is done.
