Worth visiting...well arranged

We have visited the place on 9th June 2017 we did not found the Fireflies in sufficient numbers as compared to what we have observed last year at Bhandardara. Our ministration was to experience the lighting in rhythm of Fireflies, the same we did not find here. May be due to the end of season or timing of Fireflies in this area. However the sunset view from the top of lake was too good it was memorable experience. The food arrangement was average. The night trekking experience was average. Further we wake up early on next day morning and went to the lake again to experience the sounds of various birds in this area that was a good experience. However we recommend that you should confirm the quantity of Fireflies before visiting this place if you are more interested to see the lightings in rhythm of Fireflies to avoid the disappointments. The cooperation from the organiser Mr Ugale was excellent his family is doing the best what they can do for the visitor's

We stayed at this campsite for one night with a small group of friends. The drive to reach this campsite is very beautiful and scenic. The campsite is fairly easy to access by car. Mr. Keshav had shared the direction map which made it easy to locate the campsite. The first impression of the campsite was good. Nice location, nestled in nature, very calm, peaceful with lots of greenery around. Great place for chilling out with friends, relaxing, star gazing, trekking, forest walk or experiencing a host of their adventure activities. Most importantly, the site has nice concrete bathrooms and toilets very close on the campsite. We were also glad to see that there were separate washrooms for males and females and the best part was that the washrooms were really neat and clean. We only opted for camping as we were keen to enjoy the peaceful nature, besides the campfire & relish the barbeque dinner. We had confirmed our barbeque requirement in advance and were really happy with the arrangements, taste & variety. Mr. Keshav had made sure that the chicken was well marinated. Truly relished the juicy and tender chicken which was served piping hot. Even the vegetarian preparations of paneer, potatoes, etc were very enjoyable. The fixed menu dinner was typical Maharashtrian style and we really loved all the preparations. In fact had we not stuffed ourselves on the barbeque dishes, we would have been very happy to do proper justice to the superb & tasty dinner. Mr. Keshav was always around to ensure that our needs were taken care of. His personal attentiveness helped to make our experience truly wonderful and memorable. Overall we were very happy with the arrangements of the campsite. We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and attentive. We really enjoyed the camping & bonfire experience till late hours. The weather was nice and chilly, rather windy too. Unfortunately the winds affected our sleep quality initially as the tents made fair amount of noise due to the flapping of the covers above. In the morning, we discovered that the additional cover on top of the tents could have easily been removed. Wish we had known earlier. We woke up early morning and experienced the beautiful & serene sunrise, looking really spectacular over the waters from the hill nearby. We even enjoyed a peaceful forest walk nearby early in morning on our own and proceeded to spend the morning by the lovely and serene backwaters of the Kachurlee Dam. The best time to visit this campsite should be post monsoons and the other best time would be anytime throughout the year :-) We had a great time at the campsite and would love to visit again and again. #camping #sunriseviews #sunsetviews #nature #monsoon

An Astonishing Escapade! We visited the campsite along with a few family friends during fireflies festival, followed by a wonderful trek to one of the waterfall nearby. The whole team of Durgaraj Adventures is very warm and welcoming. They were successful in keeping everyone active and enthusiastic all day long. They also offered delectable meals and top notch facilities.The trek to waterfall was spectacular. The view of fireflies at evening was phenomenal. All credits to the team for conserving the campsite in such a ‘Nisargamayee’ state. Overall Experience: Excellent. Highly recommended for nature lovers.

Ultimate location , ultimate awesome and mind blowing organiser and organisation. It is really good to be here for peace and silence.
