★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The outlet is worst in dealing. They will charge you almost 5000 extra when the actual price is only 41k.
Delivery took almost 50 days.
The delivery boys will charge 100 Rs extra saying sofa won't come in lift, however when i personally checked, sofa came in lift easily.
Utter disappointed with durian baner branch & its management staff. Now i am wondering what will be the next worst experience when maintenance will come & i will have to visit this same branch. Huge disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durian is the worst company in furniture brand . Writing this review so that it helps others while making decision.
I bought a queen size box storage bed from durian in Noida 3 years back. After making the complete payment I had to follow up regularly for the delivery as they were not delivering it, after constant follow ups from my end (not a single call or mail from their end) when they finally delivered it, it was in horrible condition, all the cloth cover on storage was muddy and torn off, now again I had to follow up with them for weeks to get it replaced, finally after months (I don't remember exactly) they send a carpenter to cover the storage with fresh cloth.
Now I am in pune, within 3 years period the supporters of 2 box storages fell off. Even though durian states that it gives 5 years of warranty but it is exactly 1 year as after 1year they would charge you. I called customer care and they asked me to send mail with pics of bed and invoice so that they can tell the approx cost of repairing. I had sent mail to Durian customer care thrice, submitted complaint on their site as I wanted to know the cost that would incur for repair of bed, so that I can decide whether to get it done by Durian or from local capenter, I had sent them complete details including all necessary pics, invoice. It is surprising for me that till date I have not received a single response from Durian. This is the first time I have seen this kind of customer support.
After my first mail I got a call from Durian carpenter and he was directly asking me the address to come over to my place, he was not aware of my concern, he had not seen any pics which I had sent on mail, he took complete details from me over call and asked me to send pucs to him on what's app, I did the same, after seeing the pics he didn't acknowledge in anyway. After two days I called him from my side and he asked if I had send him the pics, when I confirmed I had sent him the pics two days back, he said he would check and call back and then as usual there was no response from carpenter as well.
I hope this would reveal the real attitude of such a big brand name, .

1. Delay in providing bill for the payment made.
2. Delay of 10 days in delivery so it took 18 days for delivery.
3. Product delivered was defective as well as damaged.
4. Next day replacement was promised but after calling multiple times they told replacement is also defective.
5. After this had to make multiple calls and mails for getting refund.
6. The sales man and store manager won't answer calls as well as promise to call back but would hardly call back.
7. From the day I first made payment to getting refund was a period of 1 month.
8. Won't recommend the Baner store for purchase.
Had much much better experience with Godrej interiors and Home Center(viman nagar)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this Sofa with great excitement as Durian is a brand with 5 year warranty. But, at first they delivered defective product. Then they replaced and in just 2 years whole leatherite got torn with open stitches. Very poor quality material. Also, 5 year warranty just includes free labour charges.
