★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially I was a fan of durian product because some of my known ones were using it since way back. They were satisfied and I also find the product very classy. Therefore when we moved to our new house we spent lots of money on furniture’s from durian. But here I will talk about only about two product. One is dining table which cost me around 85 thousand and an almirah of around 60 thousand in year 2010 and 2011 respectively. I m not going to talk about the aesthetics and design. Because that is the only factor for which I m going to give 2 stars and it’s true that the design was of no match on that time and I naught it initially for its design. But here I m going to talk about the durability , comfort and customer support of company. I baught the furniture from durian allahabad. I won’t recommend anyone to shop anything from there because I blv these people are total fraud. There were some discolouration in product after 6 moths of purchase but shopowner said u don’t have to worry cause initially some changes occurs and goes away. So I waited but with time problem did not solved even increased. I complained it to company helpline many times. All the time they said we will send some men but till today they have not come. Both the product is not strong enough u can’t use it comfortably. Chairs of dining table are weak enough that if u sit comfortable the chair will break. I have changed the seat pad beacause it was of very low quality. In short u don’t spend a lot to see such low quality. Hinges and attachments are not so good because both the doors are not aligned from the beginning. In short I won’t recommend u to go there and spend that much of money.
