★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my sofa from gaur city mall store on 20/03/22.at the time of purchase Mr sanjay said that it will be delivered within 10-12 days but i am giving delivery date of 4/04 but same will deliver early. On 30 /03/22 i again contacted mr sanjay regarding delivery he said it will be delivered on 2/04/22.On 02/04 no body contaced me finally about 2:30 i massaged mr sanjay but he did not respond. again i massaged him about 6Pm and response was- delivery team is not picking up the call.I am trying to get your sofa delivery.I also talk to Mr sachin area manager but all end in vain.so if you are planning to buy anything which involves delivery pls don't believe these guys.They don't care about your time and will keep you wail whole day.
I am not saying anything about product as it is yet to deliver.

I enjoyed laying on all the mattress and staff members was very polite and professional and knowledgeable and staff did explained the qualities of all the mattress. Staff member Sachin Sharma was having very deep modern knowledge of mattress technologies as well as he was having knowledge of
human body postures and medical knowledge related to sleep and important of mattress. Eventually Staff members shared his honest suggestions as per our requirements and guided us very well to buy right kind mattress for us.. Thanks to Duraflex to hire such professionals to Deal with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetic service I have ever come across, trust me. We invested 20k+ for the mattress from Duroflex and its just taken our mental peace away. It's been more than 2 months chasing behind the team to look into the matter, where mattress is defective they replaced with another one, that is smaller in size now. The defected piece is put up in our hall and for that we don't have any space at all. It's been more than a week.
We are requesting the store to take it away ateast. But they are not doing anything.
Don't ever buy anything from Duroflex if you wanna save your energy and mental peace.
