★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the past also there has been a review about the fraudulent business practices used by Dusap Pharmaceuticals located at 34 C Colootola St , Tiretti , Kolkotta. The Owner Dr. S.Kaushal undertakes formulation order's from the Government department and private hospital for supplying various OTC products like Tablets , Capsules , Syrups and ORS sachets .
(Generics) , based on the tender he procures the order as L1 in the bid and then as per the tender will procure the RM / PM from various vendors across the country by doing the search on the internet , he will buy the material on open credit on 30/ 45 Days and in return will also give a better price which will lure the supplier to give him the material , in first 2 -3 transaction he will make the payment on time by lifting small amount of material , then once he gains the confidence of the supplier he will order a big amount of the same material ( bigger volume and Value ) once the material is with him at the time of the payment his accountant Mr. Pradeep will take over and give all sort of excuse for delay in the payment , never will a refusal of payment will be made by them , Dr. S.Kaushal will then no longer take calls form the supplier and if he does he will ask them to speak to Mr. Pradeep , the payment will not come and if they do require fresh material they will ask for the next shipment and make part payment of the previous shipment and will use the suppliers money as working capital if the supplier refuses to make the payment , his entire payment will be BAD DEBTS , as his intention is to make profit form the NON PAYMENT as being the L1 bidder the margin's in the generic formulation is not much so that's how many peoples payment have been stuck with this company . His picture is attached for your reference ( Owner Dr.S.Kaushal ) who lives in the same building above his office at Colootola Street . PLEASE BE VERY CAREFULL IN DEALING WITH THIS PERSON AND HIS COMPANY.
All the traders in Kolkata are aware about him and no ones give's him material on credit unless its a upfront cash payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner Dr. Sushil Khushal is a cheat and fraudster who talk sweet and will take material on open credit and then will delay in payment for years to come , please be care full while dealing as his assistance Mr. Pradeep is also a big liar and well trained by his master to deffer the payment calls made for recovery , may parties in pharmaceutical industries like traders and manufacturers have had their payment stuck for years from all over the country . Their method of working is to make payment of the first two to three bills on time for fresh purchase and then take material worth more value and then not to pay up and give new excuse every time for delaying the payment . PLEASE BE CAREFUL IN DOING BUSINESS ON CREDIT.
