★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located in the Nanpura neighborhood in Surat, The Dutch Garden is a major attraction in town which is an oasis of greenery amidst the chaos and cacophony of the city. Flocked by hundreds of tourists on an everyday basis, the garden has been designed in an European style and boasts of well manicured gardens, vibrant flower beds, sparkling fountains and vast sprawling grassy carpeted lawns. Besides offering the much needed respite and relief to relax and rejuvenate amidst bounteous natural beauty, the garden is also flanked by River Tapi on one side which adds to the overall ambiance of the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now known as Dayalji Garden. Garden placed along side the bank of tapi river located in nanpura. It is mostly occupied by couple and local workers. The place is good if you want some relax and peaceful time with frinds or loved ones. You can seat enjoy the river view. But garden is not properly clean, I found little unhygienic. Other wise if you want to have lunch with frinds during your office lunch break it's good place.

The view of tapi and makkai bridge is great at around evening to early night
Lack of street light makes place look unsafe but view is absolutely great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Very Good Place To Hangout With friends and Loved Once specially In Morning and if It's Monsoon Morning Then You'll Definitely Don't Want To The Place , You'll Get Snacks Store near This Garden But There is Problem For Parking So Park Your Vehicle At Your Own risk ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Still trying to figure out why this place features in "Places to visit" in Surat in every article. Ended up here when looking for Tapi riverfront. Expected something like Sabarmati riverfront in Ahmedabad, this was not even close. Poorly maintained. You're gonna have a hard time finding a parking if taking a four wheeler. Definitely not worth your time and effort.
