★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This housing society is a gated community, and is really spacious. Only downside is the that some blocks still haven't been auctioned off by the RHB, and lack of proper structure of RWA. Also, the central lawn could have bigger.
Edit: it's post August 2020, and most flats are sold out now. The construction has started to show its age as pathways are getting a little broken. Still not happy with RWA.

This housing apartments is developed by Rajasthan housing board. This is a unique complex develop in mansarowar location is superb, space is great, flat design are remarkable, and all of above top point is that the society atmoispher e and residents are great.

Walking distance to thadi market to fulfill daily needs from grocery to vegetable n fruits . Nice place to live in Jaipur specially in Mansarovar area . Excellent stay
