Fine ambience, peaceful environment and cordial staff and all of these services with cheapest price..... Must visit place, highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very bad experience when I visited this place the 3rd time on 29th January 2020. The first two times was okay but not great. I was watching a short video on my mobile while having coffee. I had finished my coffee but there was only one or two minutes of the video left. So, I thought I will finish watching the video and leave. But the owner of the Cafe asked me in a rude tone "Have you finished your coffee?" I said yes but will leave as soon as the video finishes. Then he asked me to "Get Out". I quietly paid and left. You cannot even imagine this in customer service experience. It was not as if the Cafe was full and there were people waiting outside in quee. Even in such a scenario, the owner should have requested me to leave in as polite words as possible. Unfortunately, he neither understands the concept of a 'Cafe' nor does he know anything about Customer Experience. Need I say that I will never visit this shop again?
