very rude staff, particularly a person whose name is Altaf....they refused to give my parcel which i personally came to pick up because they have delayed it for 3 days...they hung up the phones without answering...pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The ekart person neither come for delivery nor call me and when I called him he always cut my phone. Waiting since July 15, 2021 till roday 08.08.21 my laptop not delivered. Already cancelled by Flipkart two times and reordered. This is third time they message delivery cancelled from my side. No one came or called me. Absolutely shameful act of Ekart and Flipkart. Raising complaint in Flipkart since 16 July 2021. No action taken. Prepayment done on all three occasions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience that I am ever facing. My laptop has to be delivered but, it is with delivery partner and I am not even sure it will ever be delivered. If this hub near you and ur flipkart products is going to reach this hub, think twice before you place order. Infact, dont even place order. After paying the product amount, U will get bonus torture. They are not even gonna care about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad delivery service. My phone was supposed to be delivered on 4th October 2021 but has not arrived yet. The delivery person said that it will now come not only on 6th but also on 6th. If you are also ordering from Flipkart or your order is assigned to Ekart, then think carefully before placing the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service, I ordered Airpods pro on 31st October. Firstly they sent a used product and then I contacted customer support and they created replacement and delivered a fake product with some company name Muzifit in apple packaging.
I tried to contact multiple times most of their customer care agents disconnected my call by putting it on hold or pretending like network issue .
Then after tons of calls they asked me to fill a consent form for police complaint which I did. After that they created another replacement request .Now their ekart wish master refused to pick previous (fake) product and deliver replacement.
I contacted customer care again and after multiple calls and disconnections they cancelled this one and created another replacement saying delivery agent was at fault and this time they’ll deliver as flipkart has escalated issue to delivery team and higher authorities .
But again today same delivery guy refused delivery and pickup and ask us to go to nearest delivery hub at dwarka mor. Where guy named Ajeet srivastava attended us and asked to reach flipkart care. I called flipkart and they said they didn’t ask delivery guy to check serial number. I called Ajeet srivasta again and he was very rude and said’ don’t teach me my job” etc. They confirmed to delivery guy at their house nd and I heard in background that guy was making his own excuses.
I’m just fed up with flipkart , ekart and their service.
Would like to appeal you all to help me spread this so that it reaches their management

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never buy anything from Flipkart. They just accept your return request and then cancel it without notifying you. This is not the first time that I am experiencing this issue. Go for other shopping apps. At least they provide a solution and genuine customer service.
DONT TRUST FLIPKART
I am now blocked to put my genuine reviews on Flipkart.
