Servicing problem, not giving proper time to service.
After 2-3 visit servicing accepted.
Subsidy has not received after 2.5 month.
Even not supporting to provide the proper information
Not picking phone after several calls.
Behavior is like dictator, thinks customers are as a beggar after purchase the vehicle.

I hv booked optima hx dual battry on october 21 and my delivery shedule 60 to 90 days... But still no one response properly.... Ill call every week but no proper reply from showrom... Everytime goli bazi .... Next week... Next week...
Finally cancel my booking....lekin ab refund mai bhee 1 se 2 week ka time laga rahy hai...
Very poor service...

one of the store manager Vishal his behavior to totally unprofessional.
on the scooter booking time (Sep) Vishal promise me to give a Green Helmet which is provided by the Hero company to dealer and he is deny that on the scooter delivery (Dec) time even after they have 150 Green Helmet laying in there showroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have not pick my call related my scooty charger. I told that. Please return. My charger. No reply. Very bad service. I told each and every thing. Also given my charger. No for replacement. But only my. Mistake. Is wnen I submit charger for replacement. I not taken slip. And suddenly the boy was working on shop left the lob.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad experience. Helmet not given with scooty after commitment. Need to go again and again for service. Owner also not responsible. Need to go many time for any work. Take extra charge if pay from credit card which is illegal.
One scooty insurance also not given by them.
No body is co-operative there.
