#police station, low floor no3 and mini bus route no 1 bus stands and grocery shops and tea, egg, vegetable and juice points and fast food stalls all within 500 meters
Cons
#near to Riico area, so polluted and intolerable air flaw can force you to vacate this place.
#no drinking water supply, you will have to buy it from filter water suppliers to stay healthy
#no road/street light inside the colony or in the parking area
#7 floored buildings but no lift is in working condition
# no light in the stairs
#flats made with concrete only and wall thickness is around 4-5 inches only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Colony for low budget people, There are 7 floor in 1 block. Almost 24 flats in each floor. Floried water service here which also come for two hours in morning. You have to buy RO water to drink. Electricity service is good.
