★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wastage of money as their management staff is really not helping for issues we are facing. Water shortage, no amenities as per the agreement, unnesessary restrictions on residents, no resolution on time, always lying and dont agree what the promised and many other issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not consider to buy an under-construction property with Dynamic Reality. They will promise to deliver entire building in 18mnths, but reality is just in their name. In 18 mnths they cannot even cast 4 slabs. Too slow progress of construction with no updates at all. They take almost 5-6 years to complete an average quality building of 12 floors. Take it on your own risk. They are bluff masters, very experienced in making false commitments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dynamic Grandeur is a big project which is at Undri. It is near Undri Chouk. The flats here are awesome. The view from gallery is really awesome.
The flats are good to start a new life with family. It is a big project.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: Got parking allotment letter but still no parking is provided by the builder. The parking is only on papers..Only for some owners parking is provided. Very bad service.
After sales service not good.
Workmanship and finishing work is not up to the mark. Doesn't give a feeling of pride and content.
Need to improve a lot in after sales service and responsiveness if they really want to keep their quality and values.
