★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been giving my bike for servicing here from past 3 years. I have never faced any issues with the service post service completion. The service duration may take a bit longer which is like normal case even in the Showroon service. But the service will be neat and clean. The support from them after service is also good if in case we had any complaints.

They cost u a lot of service charge compared to others and they mention it is due to the quality of service.
But I have seen their service. I am not sure about bullet or classic Enfields mine is not bullet, mine is a hornet. I have changed my bikes seat cover, handle grips and break oil pump set for rear wheel, front mudguard half piece, led bulb from head light, air filter,chain and a bulb with regular service. The cost was around 10-12k+.
I have requested the person to set the brakes good. They said there was a problem in my front caliper and they said they have adjusted that as well. They said mine is a combi brake system and I have to change brake pump set that is the reason i had to purchase break oil holder and pump set.
After all the repairs are done they have given my bike to me and my bike's front wheel got stucked at silk board. I was literally unable to move and about to fall down.
After hitting the caliper and I have removed some air from caliper and the same repeated 6 times in the next week even after me changing the new caliper kit to front tyre.
When showed this to other mechanic who is good with dealing racing and street bikes. He said the problem is not with the front caliper or with pumpset they have not adjusted the rear break properly and because the combi brake system front tyre was getting jammed.
Points to be observed:
1. They are very costly compared to others
2. Don't buy spare parts or whatever parts u want change from this place including for bullets(u can get them cheaper outside for sure).
3. Always have a second opinion about the issue because it might cost u lot of money if u have to change the some part because they don't have knowledge over that
