★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the worst courier service, never use it, you will not get your parcel, When I not receive my parcel then I visit site to update I surprise to see there " there shown customer regret to receive" I call the courier service more than 50 times in 2 days but jo one pick my call I call the customer care " they confirm me that parcel will be deliver in 24 hours. I continue call in last 3 days they confirm me that parcel will be deliver soon Today when I saw in site, it shows that parcel was return. I again call customer care that told me that that can't do any thing portal return the parcel. This is my worst experience with ecom. I suggest everyone to never use this courier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the worst courier company that i have ever dealt with. Instead of delivering shipments they are returning it back to the portal. I guess they are not operational anymore as i can see that the same problem is being faced by the other people.

Never go with this courier go with dtdc, delhivery etc not with Ecom Express
