She was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my therapy.

Multiple home visits were done to ensure that we made a correct choice. We were provided with a trial instrument to judge our comfort as well as degree of effectiveness before the purchase was made. This gave us a lot of confidence that we were buying the right instrument - there was no attempt to "push a sale". Overall a great experience - would highly recommend.
