β β β β β I have recently joined the company & I really feel very positiveness over here they scheduled a routine prayer activity which is really appreciable.
when it was my first day over here i found myself surrounded with so many positive inspiring thought poster.
Such these types of posters were pasted,hanged almost every where of the building which really motivate us to give our best.
And the colleagues are very Friendly and my seniors are too supportive.
As well as the production house is fully High tech with super specialist machines. even there is a super team management System which assure to its customer about Its well products.

β β β β β Sales Person KAPEEL will make you feel inferior . Clearly says you order is for less quantity and hence will not be in their priority list. They cater to big companies and do not entertain SMALL customers.
I don't expect to purchase dozens of cabins just to be in priority.
Order will be delayed without explanation and supported by lame excuses.
Less or no coordination between their own departments.
Look for other available alternatives, avoid E-Pack .

No sense of commitment, the sales guy keeps making fake commitments and then comes childish excuses.
My project got delayed almost by a 3 weeks and still there is no delivery in sight.
I would suggest people to stay away from this company.

β β β β β Very unprofessional.. they will keep spamming you with calls and messages Incase you drop your requirement online.. but will never get back with any proper response... had bad experience not just once but twice by delaying mu project waiting for their response... all they come up with is 'plz accept our apology sir, i had this issue and that issue' all those childish behaviour.

My whole project is delayed 2 weeks and till now no any date for delivery os confirmed. Donβt buy anything from E Pack, neither they are sense for talking nor they have bother about their customers. Top level person is saying donβt give us order
