No power backup.
No token system, some regular customers influence the queue.
Very slow responce.
They are charging more than reciept amount. For land mutation they gave me 145/- bill and asked me to pay 200/-. Round figure defination is different here. For single transaction it took around 7 hours with 2 power cuts for me.
Its a unpleasant experience.
