★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best housing complexes in the locality. Families living here are closely bonded. They share and celebrate all festivals together. It gives am experience of small township within the society. Quality of structure and building is not so great but still better in comparison to other builders. After staying here for more than 5 years, residents have started facing some testing and some major issues. Respective authorities are working on the solution and residents are hopeful for the better me t of the society. All necessary and daily needs are being fulfilled by near by shops and market. Enjoy and be happy while staying at PW.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being resident of Noida since last 16years, I have visitesd 30+ societies and many localaties in Noida and Greater Noida, but nothing like Prateek Wisteria. It's undoubtedly premium most society in the city. Let it be well groomed and responsibilitie residents, maintenance staff or proactive AOA, there is no other society even close to it. I was a tenent here for 1year.
