★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is good in this society. Their maintenance staff never when comes when needed. They're like VVVIPs and you need to call them hundred of times before they come to see you problem. Construction is so bad that even rods for curtains will damage your walls

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't ever take a flat on rent in super tech eco village, as there is no power backup installed. Rent they are charging is equivalent to a good society (14000 INR). Its better to buy or take a flat on rent in neighboring society, where you will get 24 hrs power supply (which is a minimal requirement if you are opting for a flat in any society).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst society ever look at the condition of the lift and they charge 6000 per month for maintenance and extra 1500 per person for club activities like gym , swimming pool my opinion is that never buy or rent any type of flat in this society you will regret . Worst society ever
