★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY CARELESS ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS. SEVERAL ITEMS WERE STOLEN FROM MY BAGS AND THE OWNER TOOK NO ACTION AND BLUNTLY TOLD ME THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unprofessional service. Please do not waste your time and money getting any service from them. A friend of mine used their service and lost a lot of her luggage. The management was highly irresponsible and did nothing to help.

Some of my items were stolen and their manager, although he agreed that his workers had stolen the things, declined to reimburse me as he was not sure which of his workers stole my items. My delivery was delayed on top of that. Had a really bad experience and strongly suggest no one else use their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If i get a chance to slap each individuals who are responsible in this company i would do it, unprofessional is very small word to describe their characters, first they quote less over phone and make sure the deal is WON against competitors, soon after the goods are loaded >> price gets increased by telling goods are more - now that we do not have choice of asking them to unload >> we are forced to stick to their extra cost, thereafter the real story begins, Mr.Ravindra who pretends to be a worker in this organisation and explains that he has been working here without salary from last nine months, he has a great speaking skills in asking extra cost in doing further favor. without advance payment goods will not be delivered, i did followup for more than a month and forced to make 95% advance payment in getting my goods, my wife put bad review on their website for which Mr. Ravindra says "ab to app materials bhool jav" i was forced to undo the review to get my goods, later i discovered Mr. Ravindra is not the worker >> he is the proprietor - in other words he is the main culprit. he quoted Rs.27000 on paper agreed for Rs.26000 verbally, finally settled for Rs.39900. they packed our goods using our bed sheets, my ironed cloths were packed in a fashion that i need to get re-ironed once again, all my cloths were packed inside my wardrobe - this is excellent. all glass items were broken into pieces, i have incurred huge loss by hiring these people. mental tension is another pain area which they enjoy by keeping our materials, and another thing, this is not one case, i went to their go-down and saw >> almost every clients material are lying and asking to advance payment. we need to search our materials on our own. they need to shut their service instead giving trouble to clients. i have put request for Just Dial team to remove their listing who are not worth to be called Service providers. i want to write endless but due to time constrain stopping here. Just wanted to add that i am still waiting for their carpenter to come and fix...
