★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eagle express is very best bus. I m happy with there behavior, cleanliness, driver is very good.. Before starting bus they check every time for passenger.. They wait , if any one is late. And if we book on eagleexpresssbiz.com then 10% discount.. Satisfied full from them. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Very rough driver, meet an accident near to limdi. There was no apology by the driver whereas it was his complete mistake.
Bus last stop was 150ft road but the driver dropped us at moti tanki Chowk saying that this is last stop. Very rude. I will definitely not travel in eagle from now onwards. Not recommended to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, this is not the first time I am traveling from this bus. I used to commute through this bus company and all staff were very polite to customers. Even, driver and bus staff were kind but today I felt very unacceptable behaviour from bus staff. My seat and leg space was very dirty. So, I asked home to clean it. He just cleaned seat only. When I asked hime to clean leg space, he acted very rudely and told me that "You don't have to seat between leg space". It is very bad experience from Eagle travels. It is like you are paying 400-500 /- Rs. just to let them act rudely with you and you can not get even your customer rights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rajkot Bombay (9pm Bus) Service is ok, but bus drivers stops every place in look for passengers, and next day in morning, they don't stop at good places for breakfast - as they stop in very shabby places where there r no proper washrooms , even other ladies in bus requested to stop somewhere else but drivers have their own settings.. so u can understand.. I hope whoever is the concern will take action..
