equipment I need without any of the
CrossFit stuff in most gyms. It's a
traditional weight gym with a number of
arobic machines and perfect if you want to
build strength safely. The staff is friendly
and besides early morning and evening it's
quiet. The price is very good for what is
offered. Highly recommended. Come in snd
check it out
