1. Asked owners to take possession of the prop in Feb 2020 w/o proper work done in the flats, 2. Obviously did not have an elec. meter installed, charging unfair n unreasonable elec bill based on sub meter, 3. No BSES bill to prove the chgs for elec. bill, 4. BSES just installed an elec. meter outside their bldg & 5. Unprofessional.
