She is easily approachable and answers all your queries with utmost patience. Very hygienic environment in the clinic with all the necessary precautions. Would definitely recommend her to all.

Dr Rupali bhatia is a ideal gynaecologist I could ask for . She works with you like a team at each step of pregnancy. We went to Dr. Rupali’s office for a second opinion when my wife had just completed her 1st trimester and we were recommended by a radiologist at a reputed ‘chain hospital’ to go for an invasive prenatal test after the L1 (1st trimester) scan. Our experience with Dr. Rupali has been nothing short of fantastic and a few key areas where Dr. Rupali and the Ease Care team absolutely stand out are: Communication/ Articulation, Availability and patient empathy, knowledge, and overall management of the clinic. Communication/ Articulation: We were extremely worried to know about the invasive prenatal test and the way Dr. Rupali articulated to us the confidence level associated with different tests: L1 Scan > NIPT > Invasive test, assured us to go for NIPT first. The NIPT report came out fine and we never went for the invasive test. Much like any other millennial couple, we like to do some research regarding the terms used by the doctors and ask questions with half-baked knowledge. Dr. Rupali took ample time to answer all our questions with patience and we always came out satisfied with the responses. Availability/ Patient Empathy: We always had Dr. Rupali available in case of any questions and towards the end of pregnancy, she even shared her number to reach out for any emergencies. She guided us at each step of the way, right from choosing the hospital to the exercises my wife should be doing. Knowledge: Dr. Rupali keeps herself updated with the latest developments in the field of women's health and busted a lot of myths at different stages of pregnancy. She also guided us regarding the vaccines available to prevent cancers in females (eg: Cervarix, Gardasil) and when should we opt for them. Overall management of Ease Care clinic: Ease Care is probably the only clinic where we didn’t have to wait for more than 15-20 minutes to see the doctor. The team wears face mask properly at all times. Appointments are confirmed at least a few days in advance with zero cancellations and delays. We went to Dr. Rupali for a second opinion and opting to continue with her was one of the best decisions we made during my wife’s pregnancy. Our baby came out healthy (weighing 3.3 Kgs) and my wife was able to resume normal activity within days. I believe that Dr. Rupali keeps the patient’s best interest at heart and, I would recommend her to everyone who is looking for consultation related to female health, family planning and pregnancy.

Dr. Rupali is very soft spoken and listens to patients issues very patiently and provides the perfect diagnosis. She doesn’t prescribe medicines unnecessarily. Would definitely recommend her to all women who require guidance and consultation for health related issues.
