Do not buy flat here!
None of the lifts have work properly and all are in very dangerous condition.
No power backup is there! It’s only in brochure.
Generator's Automatic System has malfunctioned long ago and is insufficient for the society’s common area.
Insufficient parking with respect to number of flats in society!
Basement Parking opened but it’s incomplete.
Only 2 old guards on duty. No safety measu.
No Surveillance system and Intercom Facility as per the Brochure of East Platinum.
No jal board water supply. Boring water is extremely salty and corrosive.

Parking facilities are available inside as well front of that,
Well connected on the road as well som bazar market,vagetable food Fruits clothes and much more
Noida Authority park in front of that
