★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EAST WEST ASSIST TPA , provide a seamless treatment procedure to those who are already going through physical as well as mental pain because of an ailment or injury, the insurance providers offer cashless facilities and ease the adverse conditions that people face because of lack of funds. This was the sole motivation running behind the innovation of TPAs in health insurance sector and EAST WEST ASSIST TPA is one of the BEST TPA providing facilities and care about his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware ! WORST SERVICE EVER ~ They don't pick calls at the time of Reimbursement ... Customer Service is hopeless ( Automatic Disconnect after few mins ) I have heard from many people and now I have experienced that. Don't Waste your time and money... Thanks !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience with a TPA. Took 3 months for them to process a claim and had to escalate all the way to their CEO and finally IRDA. Yet, they move at their own pace - making excuses after excuses, blaming everyone else in the chain for the delay. Avoid these guys like a PLAGUE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service of Eastwest TPA. After submitted bills even after more than 75 days, no positive response from this company. Everytime customer care says "next week", which is a regular comments from their side. As a well wisher, i request not to go for Eastwest TPA. Please do not waiste your time and Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class TPA I've seen in my last 16 years of corporate insurance. They simply cheat. Many of the hospital listed under network hospital, but they are actually not network hospital. Secondly for cashless hospitalization they ask same set of documents repetitively, Third they simply does not provide the complete medical expenses like OT charges, ward charges etc. Even where co-payment is not there.
Recently I had very horrible experience with EWA.. guys be very careful.
