★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey east west I was recommended by a friend and I used their services for my most memorable trip todate of my honeymoon. They got us the best properties in Kenya and the best safari rides. We gotta see the big 5 , enjoy Mombasa coastline and a quaint town of Navaisha with East west organising everything for us. Infact our baggage was lost in Kenya by airlines and East west coordinated from here and ensured our baggages reach us the next day itself. Kudos to the team :)

This place is awesome. Through the years, their professionalism has been extraordinary, helping us with our trips (both India and abroad) every step of the way. Guys, in 2020 I would not have been able to book or survive my long journeys (with an infant at that) without your help...cannot thank the team at East West enough. Never had a single bad experience, in fact they have been able to help me out of difficult international situations where we ere stranded without flights with young children. The founder herself is so well travelled that she recommends places after visiting them which is so rare. Excellent service and always looking out for the best deals for their customers. Trustworthy and reliable team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The driver and conductor speak vulgar language.mostly all Muslims in the bus. Half of the people are drinking in the bus. The conductor himself was smelling of drinks.his name was Leeladhar.
Don't care attitude. They don't stop the bus for toilet purposes. The people in the bus have to yell at the driver to stop the bus.
It was nothing less than a nightmare.
Please don't use this travels .you will really repent.
I too will be speaking to Alka vicar travels from where we booked the tickets .this is in Malad west.
This experience was when travelling from Mumbai to shimoga on the 8th sept 2021. 4.30pm bus from Malad east highway.
