★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lady owner does not know how to behave with customer and very much show off and attitude. They just cheating customers and govt. They do not obey the GST law and do not provide specifications of product. It violates the consumer rights.

Ever since dad passed away, my mother has done an amazing job of handling everything efficiently and has expanded the business so much. The factory boasts of very well trained staffs with proper etiquette and high class service. Visit their page for further queries.

After their boss passed away their customer relations have worsen and their is no attitude for positive business. i have been having business with them for a couple of times,. earlier it was the best but as of now i chased them for 15 days for a quotation for two products and at the time when they should send the quotation they say me that we don't negotiate without any advance money . Unless a person quotes on the product how can someone give advance. Very unprofessional behaviour. The lady owner does not know how to address to a customer. I hope nobody else gets in trouble. Due to them i wasted my 15 days and a trip to bhubaneswar from rourkela.
