★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much busy place, service cost very high, but provide very good service, that is why cars from out side of howrah come here, the service supervisor are 420 type, they alawys push expencive service unnecessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's good to get to that location. Though location is good, but absent of a restaurant in that area makes ur short stay in noon or evening very difficult.
Also, the customer lounge in Eastern Honda not up to the standard of other Honda dealers, needs huge improvement.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honda cars post sale service experience is worst. I have Honda Car since last two years. last month I visited there for service of my car. They take 7 to 8 hours for servicing with minimum work. Despite having so many cars around the area, Some workers drive very badly with the customer's car. They think they only know how to drive a car. Every time at the time of service of my car I told them to check my car air pressure, but every time they neglected this. last time they left a big stain of Mobil oil on my car body during service. I requested them to clean it up immediately. But they ignore it. As a result stain did not clean. The staff here informed that the Engine Oil filter , Air Filter, Pollen Filter, Brake oil, gear oil and etc. of your car has not been changed after purchasing the car. But all of this I have changed from this service center last year. My car has been running very little in the last one year. But they forced me to change the above item. Every time they forced me to extend my car warranty and RSA. They trying to charge lump sum amount every time from car owners.
overall I have a bad experience from this service center. After 4 to 5 days of my car service they contact me by SMS for give them 10 rating for there service. I gave them 1 out of 10.
