★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought 2 mother board from easten logica last week. After checking that I found both motherboard have problems. Today I asked them they will give support or I will go service center. They said come to our shop we will check and replace both. But when I go there they want processor but I said I brought motherboard not processor why I carry that. After that they do not give support for my motherboards also they do not touch the motherboard. When I complain in sales counter they said you can go for service center. I want to ask easten logica owner this your organization service after salea. They only harassed me for service. If organization do not give service then why you sales that product and harassed customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think the people sitting in the shop before business should learn some manners first.On 07/03/2015 (within 11:00 hrs to 12:00 Hrs) I tired to get price of a tablet over phone for 6 times.But They simply putting the call "ON HOLD" saying of forwarding it to the concerned section and after few minutes disconnecting the call. Even I asked whether they have any problem to say the price over phone but they did not refuse to say the price but again forward,hold and disconnected. I purchased my many electronic products from them before because they were the lowest price bidder. But it seems now days are changed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. I am a gadget freak and take good time to buy a piece. In past I have bought several phones from several stores in Kolkata but Eastern Logica Infoway Ltd. is the WORST OF ALL. After sell, my phone was found defective. The company swiftly gave me a DOA certificate so that my handset can be replaced with another one by the shop. But they are lingering me like anything. A shopkeeper even said to me "Selling a new customer will bring me some profit, bt catering to you will be of no benefit at all". They just don't know you after they have taken your MONEY. Twenty two thousands of my money is now stuck with them for almost half a month now and they are postponing my replacement to every other week. I AM DISGUSTED WITH THIS SHOP AND WILL NEVER BUY FROM HERE IN FUTURE AND WOULD SUGGEST THAT NOBODY DOES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have gone to purchase a smartphone on 25.07.2019 and I have purchased a Vivo V15. They have all the new model in their store. And the staff behavior is very polite and they are very helpful specially I have got too much support from Mr. Pratik Roy & Ms Pampa. So I request everybody, if you want to purchase smartphone then just go there. You don't need to go any other shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently i bought a laptop. And after power in on first time i noticed that it was used before microsoft account was already created and recycle bin was full too.
I tried to contact the seller but nothing happens , later i shared my problem with the amazon, lets see what will happen now..
Bt please don't buy anything from the seller the are froud. You can check the reviews by other people the too have same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful store. Their store in E-mall is in the same standard. They fool customers by selling outdated products at higher price. When I came back to complain, they said on my face to go to customer service.
I will never buy anything or recommend anyone to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have made y purchase from Eastern Logica Emall 1st floor. While purchasing the laptop they were all sweet and kind. They are the worst store in kolkata. I purchased a laptop which they said have windows and that it is for lifetime. But within 6 months issues occured and i found it had pirated windows installed. When i went there for installation, they sent me from one of their stores to another. I had to almost wait for 2 hours. Due to their own internal issues among stores (they have 2 3 in the same mall) they misbehave with the customers. Very bad service. Never purchase from them. They will market something and give you something.
