★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Home delivery is not prompt. They do not deliver as promised. The delivery boys even don't know addresses that are within 1 KM of the store. They keep calling you for the location. In the store, the supervisor is always screaming and shouting at her associates. Many items are never in stock. Cashiers go for lunch even if customers are in the queue. Too much waiting time. Vegetables are not fresh. Their Rs 999 membership is a waste of money and a scam.
