Firstly Advantages
1. The teacher Mr Sushil Kumar is excellent English speaker who can lure anybody with is proficient English speaking but that's it don't fall for that trap
2. Adequate knowledge of basic English & grammar which can be helpful for beginners.
3. Self Claimed IELTS expert & will make fake praises about your English so that you don't feel cheated. Great talent.
Disadvatages
1. Tardy Staff who have no coordination within themselves & the teacher.
2. Fake promises & false report about the passed students.
3. Not IELTS professional not even basic preparation was done.
4. Promised study material was basic and not per IELTS standards.
5. No mock test preparation was done.
6 Promise of an Expert IELTS was given at the start but she also came for 1 day & from the interaction I am doubtful that was she even a expert in IELTS because she gave no tips & tricks for any section.
7. Weak areas were identified & no tips for improving them was given except practise which was also not checked.
To sum up if you are looking for basic English classes which can improve your grammar & vocabulary & Spoken English you can go ahead with this Institute but for Ielts don't even consider it.

Before starting lessons he gave us an examination test to assess our learning needs and then prepared and offered a course according to our learning needs. After a period of 5 months training we now have a rich vocabilary and have become more fluent in our speech. We recommend Sushil Kumar as a highly qualified trainer.

It covered the relevant topics in-depth while clearing my doubts on various aspects of English grammar, diction and sentence construction. Aided by a friendly manner of teaching, the cordinator encouraged me to ask questions and provided resolution immediately. My overall experience has been positive, and I look forward to come back again in case of preparation of other certification courses in English language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was taking lessons of english in this school and I can 100 % recommend them. My teacher was Mr. Sushil Kumar. He was very patient with me and very supportive. We worked on my vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation, very good materials was given to me (presentation, worksheets). Everything fit to my english level. They try to prepare lessons individualy for me and my needs. They gave me very good recommendation, how I can improve my english skills at home. I very appreciate that after this course I am more confident to speak in english, know more words to use and also I feel my writing skills are better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to share my fabulous experience with the IELTS course at school of Civilities & Protocol. Each week I had two lessons of 2 hours each with Sushil Kumar. My teacher helped me to identify the areas I needed to work on to improve my score. Also, he did a great job in helping me raise my confidence about this test. My teacher was able to help me to improve my speaking skills. This enabled me to show my full potential at an IELTS Speaking test. Also, he gave me the list of useful words and topics for preparation for IELTS by myself. I would highly recommend the course to anyone who needs to enhance their IELTS score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had enrolled for the 18 Hours advanced English-speaking course from this institute, I had the privilege to learn directly from Sushil Sir. I had been speaking English for quite a few years however I had always felt that there was something wrong with my style of Delivery. I came to this institute with an objective to find out where exactly I had to work upon. Initially I wasn’t exactly sure whether I had come to the right place however as the sessions went by, I became more and more confident that there could not have been a better trainer or institute for me to have come to. Sushil Sir is a Trainer not just with extensive command over the language but also have a skill to incredibly connect with his trainees which accelerates the learning exponentially. I wish School of Civilities and protocols all the best for its future endeavors and hope that many more students like me get to know about it so that they can also benefit from it.
