★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad customer service. My husband was recently diagnosed with diabetes and he thought it a good idea to buy a glucometer. He did not know much about glucometers or anything and that is where we rely on medical stores and sales people. The guy at Easy Medico sold him an Accuchek machine which was of August 2015 make in January 2019. The seal was not very good, when we opened the pack, the machine appeared to be a used machine with scratch marks all over the box, its user manual appears to have been damaged by water, plus there is some breakage in the slot that holds the machine. Additionally, there were no strips to use with the machine, plus the battery seems to be already connected. We took it back to the store, only to get a very very rude sales person there who refused to even listen to use calmly or even offer to exchange the machine. He kept saying, we sold it now it isn't our responsibility if it is broken, not our problem. He even refused to pay us the money for the machine. What was surprising was that he even called the owner and told him that we broke the machine and are asking to change it or refund the money. Didn't allow us to speak with the owner as well. We have been duped of the money and have ended up with a machine that we cannot use. Way to go EasyMedico to cheat a person who relied on this medical store to help him. Aboslutely unreliable shop, would never recommend to anyone ever.

Only excuses. Cheap and bad quality products..... BEWARE BEFORE YOU VISIT.
Better go for online purchase where return and refund is thousand time faster then these ... Snail speed guys.
