★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I contacted Simplified renting when I randomly googled for rent agreement vendors in Pune as I had a few bad experiences in the past with other "famous" vendors. Not only was the pricing so competitive, their service was amazing. The representative started gathering info and getting back right from the first ping on whatsap and the draft was ready the same day, biometrics the 2nd and the agreement ready on 3rd day! Kudos to the whole team who have made our lives easier with such a great service, working round the clock even during the pandemic. Special shout out to Ankit & Pratiksha and the biometrics guy who were so professional and hospitable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake & Fraud Service, they just keep giving fake commitments. It's almost 10 days past, i was committed to give my rent agreement in 2—3 days. Now from past 10 days no answers, not responding calls, and still the waiting is going on. I still haven't received any updates nor agreement. Please stay away from such fraud scammer. They will take money and keep you waiting. I have suffered, please be careful before dealing with this fraud company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having a terrible experience with Easy rent guys. The fees has been taken when they came for biometric, but due to server technical issue the biometric is incomplete. Now i am required to followup and plead with them to get the agreement formalities completed. Almost a week is lost and both owner and tenant are at un necessary compliance risk with to fault and delays from Easy rent services team

They have also increased the price twice and lied about it.

They Provide document to me within 3 working days as commitment pratiksha is very good and understanding our issues and resolving them Biomatric Person is also Polite and on time

Reasonable pricing.

I would recommend my friends or anyone if want less hassle and reasonable prices for rental agreement or any estate consultant work
