★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought groceries yesterday and told for delivery and specifically told them not send between 2 to 5 PM. Delivery boy called me in mrg and asked me you want to delivered this groceries between 2 to 5 PM and told him no I wroted on paper before 2 and after 5 pm but he asked my very rudely mam mujhai bataya thodi na kisi nai isliye toh phone ker rha hun....I said nahi pta toh apnani store per check karo or abhi 12 bajarin hain saman dai do. But he was arguing on the time again, then I told him saman daina ho do but don't argue with me. Now its 9pm still this 0erson is not there.... is this the way you treat your customers.....I am not bagger I have paid for this not asking anything free

Items and requested to deliver at home, the staff said they won’t deliver until she bought the membership. When she said that she, being pregnant, cannot carry so many stuffs, they replied that they don’t care abt her condition and it’s none of their concern.
Such rude and insensitive management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its like a lottery. You may or may not find the item you saw yesterday on the shelf. No proper item management. Mixed lot of staff. Helping as well as some are rude and lazy. They keep of passing the buck ? But over all its a good place to buy when you do not have any other option nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Believe me the way your store shows in the picture it is completely opposite..Vegetables and fruits get rotten, and during corona time nothing was available in your store (khirki extension) very disappointed.. Being the member I had to buy grocery from different stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store is almost empty since reported takeover by Reliance. Hardly any groceries to buy. No use having become member. Permanent customers will shift if sufficient stocks are not kept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to complain about Easyday Malviya Nagar which is providing same very poor quality of service. The timing of these on Google was 10:00, I reached there at 9:30. But there people closed the sttuer in front of my mouth and said that we cannot give you the same Get lost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this supermarket. Its near my place and very convenient for me.
We get our basics necessities and if you become a club member they give a special price. Especially their kiwi ? is one of the best in town. From food items to household needs everything is available under one roof. Staff are decent too. I regularly buy my needs from here for more than a year and so far I am not disappointed. Since i love snacking its really good i get cookies ? and snacks at good offers . If you want regular discount their club membership is something you should avail by paying some amount but in return to that you also get something good out of it.
