★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience , frequently Easyday online ordering website shows wrong inventory and prompt customer to order items. After billing and charging money, noticed ordered items are missing. They don’t refund money and need to call customer care multiple times to get these missing items delivered. This is happening in almost all Easyday shops in Kalkaji and Alaknanda area in south Delhi . Worst thing is that they don’t disclose about missing item while delivering groceries . its your hard luck if you check the bill and find missing items! Very poor online inventory!

Although they have a variety of items from good brands and are generally stocked well in an AC room, they have big problems.
The sellers are extremely slow at the cash register and they always hassle you to subscribe to their bogus offers or buy a membership(Never do that!). Today, 23rd of June 2021 , the cashier insisted that I install a mobile app to redeme some kind of an offer for 200 Rs. I refused because my phone's memory is full and cannot install any more apps. He repeatedly told me to install it over and over again, then I threw the items on his counter and i said i will make a complaint against your rude and pushy behavior. He told me I can go and do whatever... this shop is waste of your time . Do not go there.
