★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eat and treat chef burnt my Mushroom Frankie. It was tasteless with more of capsicum and hardly any mushrooms (totally burnt). Highly disappointed!
They didn't even offer a refund. Moreover they 'DEFAME' their valuable customers!
I would like to reply to the outlets comments here on my Google reviews.
1. You guys are extremely dishonest, since I had clearly visited your branch in 'Worli' which is near my office. Your site on Zomato shows the same logo. So, "Do not try to 'DEFAME YOUR CUSTOMERS'".
2. For your kind information, your outlet was opened a week ago and not the same day. Since I have evidence of my people who had visited earlier to this outlet just a day or two prior along with me and had order the same God damn Mushroom Frankie. We had even paid you using our paytm or gpay accounts. So it's a clear lie from your end.
PS. - They even asked for our previous reviews just a day or 2 prior. And I had given them a decent review verbally. Although they needed to improve.
I went there again to order the same thing 2 days later. There was only 1 person cooking the fast food and multiple customers. While I was the first one to order, they delivered the order to other guys first. I still had no problem with it even though I had wasted my valuable 25 mins for a simple frankie.
But to my surprise they had already burnt the mushrooms for my frankie, while getting ready a huge sandwich for some other customers. IT WAS A CLEAR MESS. I would dare not scold the one and only chef at that time, since it would affect business, but the owner cared any less by not giving me a refund or asking me a mere verbal review like the last time. Something had to be done, so I simply blurted(politely ofcourse!) my words to the owner saying, "the mushrooms in the Frankie are burnt". He said nothing, *simply nods*.
For a person like me who values the existence of food over everything, had no other option but to throw away my order into the bin, because it tasted awful.
