Please look at Justdial reviews. 20% of reviews have given 1 rating for these unprofessional people. Rest of the reviews are fake for sure!!!.
They called me two months before insurance expiry. Kept calling everyday. I paid the insurance premium. To confirm this, they exchanged many emails. I kept reminding them that I had not got any insurance copy and insurance expiry date was fast approaching. Voila!!! The insurance got expired and no sign of insurance yet after paying 15k!!! I kept calling them. Every one would say 'you will get your insurance in next 1 hour'. It's been eight days since the insurance has expired. At least 20+ calls and 20+ emails. Trash service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service seen ever, I booked car insurance renewal 1month before expiry and not deliver till last date. I have been following up on renewal and every time I get response I will definitely receive it by EOD and on last day they will ask you to submit documents again as quality of picture taken by agent is not clear.. on escalation they deliver wrong policy, without checking details .. I am still waiting for receiving right policy...
You keep calling them and they will say will call back in 5 min and then no one will repsond back..
Do not buy or renew policy... They are fraud..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service. Before buying insurance I was assured that policy would be given within 12 hours, then 24 hours, then again the next day. I have to follow up continuously to even get an update. Their team has not been responding to calls and messages and has defaulted on multiple deadlines already. Just to get a simple update I have to do multiple follow-ups. This is my first time with Eazyinsure and I am very disappointed.

Firstly I got my car insurance from them and they took so many days to even send me the soft copy even though I paid them premium instantly. Still not received the hard copy.
Secondly when I tried claiming the insurance , I got to know that the policy number is incorrect on the document. I had to go through a lot of hassle to get it corrected.
And most pathetic part is that the agent who sold the insurance to me gave me no claim discount even though I told him that I have claimed insurance last year. Because of his mistake I am not able to claim insurance this year now.
On top of that , they are highly unprofessional and not responsive at all.

Before purchasing the policy they said we will get a cash back and after making the payments they were least bothered about it.after multiple follow ups, i finally got the cash back from the owner. Only thing i liked here is, the primium amount is bit less compared to other insurance comapnies.
