Never trust these guys. I had to leave to Europe today and they promised for some euros for last 3 days. Called them 7 to 8 times now I'm leaving with no euros in hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional service. They do not show any policy on website that minimum order for pickup should be above 15k. And they dont even care for your small order. When you call customer care thrre days they keep delaying pick up and on third day theys aid your order is less than required for doorstep pick up so you will have yo go to branch. Ind the end I had to cancel my order after wasting three days waiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very BAD service and deducting unnecessary multi conversion charges on travel card please never use travel card from this company.... they will not help to reimburse your money and not support to return your extra charges as I used travel card during my travel. They deducted a lot of multi conversion charges. so please beware from the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service. I had called the previous day to ask if they had the specific currency or not. They said they have. Next day I transferred money to their account and called twice before leaving office to their office and confirmed if they had currency. They still said yes. I reach there and then they tell me there is no currency. And it will come in 2 hours. Why don’t they tell the four times I called before I came to their office. Why confirm without checking within their own office if they have currency or not . Completely stupid
