★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well organised. Can only get treatment on your turn. Digitally gets your turn number. But only gets treatment for basic treatment. No specialised services at ECHS. For all specialist services the doctor refers to Base or other hospitals. Need elaboration of health services under one roof to specialist level from basic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well facilitated poly clinic. It helps aged ex servicemen and their families a lot. A very good dispensary, completely online patients management system and it is overall a very modernise poly clinic. But the clerical staff dealing with computers is less educated and they are very slow workers. That is the only thing ctreating problems for sick people and management shall think of either replacing them or giving them rigorous training and fixed accountability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unnecessary daily letter being published that we are doing this for vetran it's lie. Commandant of the hospital never see how their staff is behaving with pt. Doctor in covid ward with all the time with mobile if you say something they say hamne aapne covid thoda kerna hai. I would ask the senior go as a pt and see their behavior.
Senior please see your own vetran who has sacrifice their life for you people and for nation.
Hope senior will do something

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Appointment of OIC ECHS we need to be selective otherwise person like Col Kataria makes life of senior citizens miserable. He never attends any call and rude with sr citizens. Please appoint someone having good nature.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can never find all the meds. Good luck if you need meds. They used to leave meds in open so that people can take and use amongst each other but now they have started locking it. This needs to be changed asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Army ECHS facility is one of the greatest steps taken ahead for the welfare of defence veterans so as to lead a healthy life. ECHS card is made along with a diary for regular entry and the treatment is very effective due to presence of highly qualified doctors in there who are very kind towards old age people and their families.
