Located in one corner of the city where no one lives .Convenience of ESM is of no consideration at all to the managers of ECHS .

Inspite of clear instructions on lunch break to be staggered by Cent Org ECHS, AG's branch, ECHS polyclinic, Bhopal is violating the same. The entire staff goes for lunch at 13.30. Patients comming from far flung places have to wait for officers and subordinate staff's lunch break.

ECHS Bhopal is shifted to it's new location at Bairagarh just adjacent to Military Hospital Bhopal and 3 EME centre. Yesterday I had a tough time to reach there because I set the goggle map and it took me to the old location in Sub area. From Sub area it's 7 Kms so I had to take this distance again. Some one added the new location of course but didn't edit the previous location that's why I have to go few miles extra. The facilities at new place need to be re-structured. No fan at patients waiting area. There is only one person distributing medicine although there are 3 counters resulting in long waiting . The prescribed medicines are are also not available this patients have to make several visits for collection of medicine. Overall a pathetic experience.

A great job is being done by the ECHS at Bhopal. The old location was much more comforting and centrally located . Dispensing needs a lot of improvement. Everyone is shouldering and muzzling each other in the line.

Worst attitude of a ECHS employee. My father who is 65 got fracture in the knee. My father has faith on ECHS however when he was called up to show this case to the doctor first to get this cashless it was a broke down moment for US. If he could be able to move he will not need the treatment????? I work in mumbai so was not able to come asap to take care and my mother is 56, even she can not take my father to ECHS. My mother and father stays alone in bhopal both of them are old, my mother is BP Heart patient. If you say the treatment would be cashless thn that sould be without any condition A person who is more thn 65 you ask him to come down to ECHS and even the employee from ECHS Mr. Anoop say that i am wasting his time. I pray that you will not go through all this stress when you ll be 60. And i am happily bearing the cost of the treatment, it was just my father who use to say that ECHS is the best and now see the truth. *Start Believing in your people who had served for the country*

1. I feel it is important for elders to get tests done to check how their inner environ is doing."A stitch in time saves nine " Much better than to fall ill and ingest highly expensive medicines. So it would be wise and helpful if ECHS budget would keep budget for that rather than refusing simple tests like Thyroid T3 T4 TSH. Not only that it dispels psychological fear that grips elderly people.Once test say they are O.K. their energy and moral is high. 2. A basic physiotherapist and lab would be great for aches. 3. A shade for the patients cars would be thoughtful and kind. Our cars too heat up in the extreme heat of summer while we wait for our turn to see the doctor get tests done and stand in a line to collect medicines. All changes for betterment of patients Sumitra.
