★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good polyclinic for Ex-service men with good doctors. They refer in other private hospitals for critical illness. My parents have received good treatment when ever required. It has been really good experience so far for us!

Current situation are ECHS polyclinic BKP, is worst. There are less number of Staffs. There systems don't work, can't make any Referrals for Old card. OIC is always gets rude, and tells everyone to come next day or after few days.
Only 2 out of 6 doctors comes for treatment. Processing any document is a hassle. Behaviour of Staffs is also rude.
Either OIC needs to be changed or more staff should be hired.
I am continuously visiting from the last 20days, for bill claiming and other stuffs. Don't know the problem of OIC, he is always getting angry for no reason, don't understand the patient's families situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is is a good place for ex serviceman of all the three forces of indian defence forces.The staff is very helpful and co-operative and has the facility of referral to some other hospitals if some medical facility is not available here.There are four medical officres available here for the patients.
