Some of staff don't have experience of computer and still working on computer.
You will have to spare your whole day if you go for refer
And half day if for general medicines.
Usual excuse of medicines - NA
A scheme started with good purpose but here it seems that staff is just doing their time pass for payment.
Better you plan it by sparing your time at least 4-5 hours.
