MEDICINE NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFERRAL personals.
If you are referrd from other state, you are not able to receive CANCER medicine, because medicines are very costly/Limited, OIC and pharmist told me go to your state polyclinic for any medicine.
WHY???
Why you are accept referrals from other states polyclinic before treatment.
OR
OIC told me change your parents polyclinic to ECHS SONA road on your ECHS card.
Why you are change ECHS process with your comfort.
Who will take action regarding my problem???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Rai who is employed at ECHS, Sonha Road, Gurugram on contract basis found treating patient unprofessional way. Even serious patient was not handled properly.Unethical behavior and poor handling of the patient. Later patient become serious and got herself admitted. Poor show.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As me any organisation is good or bad , depend on their man and material . But man make it bad or good . This polyclinic facilitate with about 10 doctors with 3 registration and medicine counters. So a patient has to spend there 1 to 3 hrs.
?But most of the medicines are not available. Local purchase is available for officers and 2% fighters Javan only.
But referral is easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice experience today. Quick process, staff is helpful.good take care of cleaning and hygiene.small space for parking. Situated near park hospital and sohna road . Dr.Are good and cooperative. As all govt dept. Some staff is lazy but overall experience is good
