★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most of the time they make people fool by saying that they called (the customer to whom they have to deliver the product), but you haven't received the call or your number is out of reach, and then they will encourage you to take your package by yourself from their office.
Please be aware if this happens.

I recently ordered a product through myntra and they chose Ecom Express as their delivery partner in our small towncity.
Here's my experience :- Ecom Express is not a delivery service but a pickup service. They will just call you once if you pick-up and the delivery guys doesn't hangup then there is a possibility that the product will be delivered to you. If by chance you end up missing their one call , then you have to pick up your order from their office if you want it urgently , otherwise wait for 11-15 days for your order to be delivered at your doorstep. Myntra's customer service is also useless, I tried to contact them, their champions are always busy, if you text them, they will ask you to wait for 11 days first and then God only knows when your order gets delivered. It's simple if you miss the call of Ecom Express, they will not call you again, you can't call back them. The only viable option is to go to their office and collect your order otherwise you will be messed up in their and myntra's customer service incompetent system.
