★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the courier services from many years. One thing I can say is, this is the worst courier services that have ever been. I called up the customer care and enquired about the status of my item. I was astonished by the reply of the customer care representative. He told me to wait for the item as some disputes were going on at their office and when I enquired about the phone number so that I could pickup my item. He told to wait for the item to get delivered and cannot give the local office number. Even though the item has reached the local office and was lying there for three days, they couldn't deliver it to me on time. What's the purpose of a courier company that cannot deliver goods. Also, the address the Google assistant showing in the maps is not the actual one. Please be aware of it. They only have one office that is present very far from city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courrier service I have ever seen, I totally agree with other reviews, not even eligible for one star, my parcel is in Delivary centre in Vijayawada since 10 days within the town and even after 10 days they are neither delivering it nor allowing me to collect it by myself, they are making people to suffer in the name of Service, idiots!!!
